ワイングラスのバラード

シンプルなグラス一杯のワインには、比類のない魔法がかかっている。素人である私は、
テロワールの複雑なニュアンスやヴィンテージの微妙な違いを識別できないかもしれないが、
その瞬間の美しさは十分に味わえる。

ワインをグラスに注ぐ行為は、ほとんど儀式のようなもので、平凡な日常から特別な瞬間
への移行なのだ。液体が光を捉え、テーブルの上に踊る影を落とす様は、目を奪われる光景だ。
